Tom Granado

CEO

Arizona native Tom Granado completed his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 1998, then a Master of Arts in Human Resources with an emphasis in Substance Abuse Counseling in 2010 from Ottawa University.

While Tom was going to school to become a probation officer, he worked at a residential treatment center working with at-risk youth for male teens. He worked at the facility for 10 years, and during these 10 years, he found a passion in the behavioral health field. Tom had a profound devotion to helping young adults become well-rounded individuals of the community; he eventually opened an agency to help more at-risk individuals. In 2001, Tom started New Horizon Community Care, formerly known as New Horizon Youth Homes. To this day, NHCC continues to grow and help at-risk children, teens, and adults in the community.
